Airfare
We plan to purchase group airfare (30 or more people)
- Will be available for one flight out of Milwaukee February 9, 2019.
- As soon as airfare for Southwest becomes available for February, we will announce what the group rate price per-person will be for those of us flying out of Milwaukee (on same flight 2/9).

- 32 Balcony rooms in category 8 B & 8 C

Important when registering!
Important to know when registerring on-line:
- Group - List 'TMC Legacy Dance Club' for the group name
- Special needs/comments - List names or room numbers who you would like to be near.
- Dining - select main/early if you would like to dine with the group
- Insurance - If purchased within 14 days of booking , any pre-existing conditions are covered
- After submitting registration, on confirmation page, there will be a link on the confirmation page to complete additional information for the insurance.
Deposit
Reservation and deposit needed to book a cabin.
- A $250 per person deposit is due with reservation, a second deposit of $400 is due August 1. 2018, and final payment is due November 2, 2018.
- Credit card will automatically be charged for future payments by date due. Email reminders will be sent prior to charging.
- Cancellations: Full refunds for cancellations made through November 1, 2018.
